Loftware launched NiceLabel 10, the first major version, which provides users with a top-level view of label operations, simplifies printer management, saves time, increases control, and expands the ability to manage printing resources through the cloud.
The new software package includes an enhanced interface for a major overhaul of the control center, each page is redesigned from the ground up to provide users with more valuable information faster, and a dashboard that allows you to view key tag activities at a glance.
With the control center as the core, NiceLabel Cloud aims to change the way end users and partners collaborate in the cloud. Partner co-branding promotes better communication with customers by making the customer’s name, logo, and contact information easily accessible.
“The transformed control center is the core of the Loftware NiceLabel 10 platform. That’s why we invested heavily in redesigning it. Valuable opinions from channel partners and end users,” commented Miso Duplancic, Loftware’s vice president of product management. “Our goal is to provide organizations with simplified management and increase the visibility of their label operations through a more responsive and intuitive interface, so that users can easily manage label printing operations.”
Loftware NiceLabel 10 also provides Web-based printer management, which can improve the efficiency of printer management. This is achieved through role-based access control that determines the permissions of the printer group. In addition, the web-based printer driver configuration simplifies the management of printing devices, so that users can remotely install and update printer drivers and manage printer settings through the Web, saving time and speeding up printer management.
As part of the Loftware NiceLabel 10 version, Loftware has partnered with Veracode to prevent any security issues from occurring.
“Considering Veracode’s impressive certification and its commitment to provide the highest level of protection, monitoring and reporting, we are confident in Loftware NiceLabel 10′s ability to protect user information and data,” Duplancic added.
Further enhancements to Loftware NiceLabel 10 include upgraded cloud-based printing, new drivers for printers, marking and encoding devices, new APIs that support NiceLabel Cloud integration with external business systems, pre-built integration with Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Supply Chain Management, and Update to the ABAP integration package of NiceLabel 10 and SAP.
Another new addition to the platform is a new online help portal, which includes resources, user guides, release notes, knowledge base articles, and provides search capabilities. NiceLabel 10 provides a new on-demand training platform with a series of new courses.
